- Fresh/experience male graduate with degree in engineer discipline or food processing.
- Has knowledge in HACCP, GMP and production QMS.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to resolve production and product quality problems.
- A dynamic team leader with competency to lead, train, motivate and monitor production staff to practice standard operation methods to production QMS requirements.
- Able to work on shift / abnormal working hours.
- Possess own transport.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible in handling of process, filling and packing parameter.
- To monitor the QC online checking for example packaging checking integrity, product holding temperature, mixing temperature, CCP point and others.
- Update daily production report, production downtime, line efficiency and others.
- To troubleshoot machine.
- Weekly meeting with production staff to discuss plant performance, GMP and production plan.
- In charge of ingredient and packaging transfer/receive stock issue by logistic and production.
- In charge of packaging and raw material charge out.
- Take charge in monthly stock count.
- Responsible in maintain plant hygiene, 5S and audit.
