ACCOUNT - ADMIN EXECUTIVE

DescriptionHandle full set accounts (account receivable/payable, general ledger, financial statement & tax compliance with appropriate accounting standard.Prepare Bank Reconciliation, creditor ledger & debtor ledger.Ensure all transaction of the month are taken up in timely.Assist in yearly auditing (internal & external)Finalize monthly accounts, including updating & verification for accounting transaction & ad-hoc assignments.To type correspondences, minutes of meeting, etc.To handle general admin work including purchasing, insurance, office & equipment maintenance, and other related matters.Any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.Min. 3 years of relevant working experience would be advantage.Strong analytical & problem solving skills, effective communication.CompanyManufacturing of polyurethane architectural mouldings and decorative ornaments.The product are manufactured to meet high quality assurance standards, they are environmental friendly and can be used for both interior and exterior purposes.
