The Role

Your Responsibilities will include :

• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
• Upsell & Cross-selling skills in the hospitality business
• Exemplary sales skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
• Excellent knowledge of traveling software

Skills Required :

• At least one year of experience in the customer service industry.
• Fluent in Japanese in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
• Willing to relocate to Malaysia.
• Willing to work at working hours : 6AM - 12AM (8 hrs shift), 5 days a week (Mon-Sun)
