We are a local laptop repair shop looking for an intern to join our team. As an intern, you will gain valuable experience in the field of laptop repair and customer service. You will work closely with our experienced technicians to diagnose and repair laptops for our customers.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair laptops
• Communicate with customers to understand their laptop problems
• Provide excellent customer service
• Keep the repair shop clean and organized
• Assist technicians with other tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a technical program or have experience in laptop repair
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work well in a team environment
