Kelayakan
- Degree/Diploma/A levels/WSQ qualification in Student Care Operations
- Preferably with prior tutoring experience
- Enjoy being with children
- Good communication skills in corresponding with pupils, parents and staff
- Be systematic and organized in handling administrative and management work
- Able to work on Weekday (1pm-9pm) AND Saturday (9am-5pm)
Tanggungjawab
- We are looking for candidates who like working with children. Main duties involve day-to-day operational duties which include rostering, scheduling of classes, as well asteaching. Candidate will need to have good communication skills to communicate with parents, staff, students and walk-in customers. Key roles and responsibilities
- Manage operations of tuition/enrichment programmes and student care to ensure day-to-day operational efficiency
- Streamline operational procedures
- Manage all staff under your charge by maintaining and/or building an effectiveteam
- Facilitate parents' feedback and assume point of contact for dispute resolution
- To handle walk-ins and new enquiries on the services provided by the centre
- To handle parents'/students' enquires on class timings/services/etc
- To assist with liaising work with parents and students on any changes toschedule
- Provide relief/take on tuition classes should the need arise
- Planning of manpower and staffing
- Report and update management periodically on operations
- Any other operational duties as assigned.
