Job Responsibilities: Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Customer Center, you will
- Play a key role in marketing capabilities to drive future growth. Owns strategy, execution and measurement of campaigns for all products and marketing initiatives
- Handles portfolio management and marketing to new and existing customers through EDM
- Design product propositions with innovative marketing message. Owns marketing and brand assets
- Owner of the website and mobile channel with the ability to design, UI/UX for Website, mobile and re-adaption for other purposes
- Work with partnerships and agencies to execute marketing campaigns
- Assist in overseeing performance on campaigns and Email marketing
- Manages the budget provided each month for advertising and upkeep it
- University graduate in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in similar capacity, preferably in general insurance industry
- Certifications in BCP and PGI will be a plus
- Curious and passionate about building brands
- Hands-on, driven, growth mindset and accountable for outcomes
- Able to upskill with evolving digital marketing landscape to bring in creative/fit for purpose solutions for the organisation
- Demonstrable experience of EDM (Mailchimp), Content marketing and Editorial calendar
- Strong experience in building campaigns for digital conversion
- Copy writing skills to engage with consumer while repurposing content for social, SEM and other advertising tactics
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently in a fluid environment and comfortable with multi-tasking
- Excellent knowledge of e-marketing tools and systems and updated online marketing concepts and best practices
- Strong analytical, organization and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- 5-day work week (Mon – Fri, 9 am - 6 pm)
