What you will do : -Develop an in-depth understanding of the companys products and services in order to assist customers with their needs and navigate them through the processes.

• Be the first point of contact for all inquiries and issues reported by the customers-Provide timely assistance and support to Malaysian-speaking customers via email, live chat and social media means.
• Translate all informational and marketing materials into the Malaysian languageYou are : -Having the knowledge and understanding of the Forex market and how it works-Have at least Upper intermediate level of English both in writing and speaking-Experienced at customer service role and what it entails (preferably, 2+ years)-Determined to solve customers problems and concerns-Able to provide translations of English to Malaysian materials in a timely manner-Self-motivated person for a remote workyourself in order to work remotely-Creative about what you do and ideas you might bring to the teamExtras youll need to have : -Stable and speedy Internet connection-Available PC or laptop for work
