Kelayakan
- Willing to work 6 days a week on site
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in revenue management and sales & marketing
- Customer service oriented
Tanggungjawab
- Drive the implementation of marketing, advertising strategies and implement revenue management
- Maximise room occupancy rate via OTA and other channels
- Increase customer satisfaction scores on review platforms
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of boutique hotel - including front office team, housekeeping team and Garden Café
- Coordinate with external parties including suppliers, travel agencies, meeting planners, contractors, and government agencies (to ensure compliance)
- Ensure facilities and landscaping are well maintained for hotel guest
