Human Resource Manager-

Job Summary:      Senior HR Manager is responsible for providing leadership in developing and executing human resources strategy to support company by in charge of overall business plan as well as strategic direction. Specifically, in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, performance management, compensation, training and development.      Senior HR Manager provides strategic leadership by articulating human resource needs and related plans to the executive management team, shareholders as well as the board of directors. Senior HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing employee communications, employee relations, policy development, legal compliance, compensation and benefits. They will also be responsible for nurturing, shaping and sustaining the overall cultural strategy of the company.     Senior HR Manager will work closely with the Executive Leadership team to make culture a vital component of the overall business strategy.Responsibilities:

• Design competitive organization structure and workforce planning to ensure that business has sufficient resources to match the company target
• Implement a fair and competitive performance management system together with a total rewards strategy to create a high-performance company in industry.
• Suggest, implement or setting up new working tools to support business needs
• Control and optimize current business & people process to be more efficient, support fast business execution, fluid and agile, but transparent and comply with a public company standard

Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources, Strategic Management, Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree is a plus)
• At least 8 years of experiences in HR field (Experiences in tech industry is a plus)
• Have a strong overall HR knowledge in every angles
• *Be a modern HR* who agile and adaptable, not strict to a hierarchy and personal level
• Experience implement new HR systems and organization transformation
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Have growth mindset, believe in lifelong learning
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
• Have a strong interpersonal skill, high empathy with the ability to engage with staff at all levels
