 What are we looking for?

  • Pleasant personality with good communication, written and oral skills in English.
  • Ability to converse & write in additional language or dialect, such as, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, French, or Arabic will be an advantage.
  • Diploma /Degree holder in any discipline or SPM/STPM/IGCSE or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience.
  • Preferably min 1year experience in Contact Centre, experience in hospitality/Online Travel Agency and customer service.
  • Computer literate and internet savvy.
  • Positive attitude and a team player with passion in delivering World Class customer service.
  • Willing to work in a shift environment (24/7 operations) based on requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards.
  • Open to Malaysians only.

Tanggungjawab

  • You will be focusing on Complimentary Room Booking (Interim Process) as a Handling Team of CEPT that is responsible for receiving, tracking, and proceeding with booking accordingly to various forms of transactions that come into our Internal HR platform for the current stage, including of be IT calls, emails, chats, faxes or any other channel of communication that CEPT may adopt in the future.

 

  • You will serve the transactions in the language that they are skilled in, and as assigned to them by the management of CEPT. Transactions may be in the form of Reservation related requests, Shangri-La Circle (Guest Loyalty Programme) related requests, and internal Shangri-La communications.

 

  • As a five-star deluxe hotel chain, Shangri-La requires that the quality of service provided by the Customer Service Executive is reflective of this, and KPIs have been put into place to ensure that the appropriate and acceptable levels of performance are maintained. It is the duty of the Customer Service Executive to deliver this appropriate and acceptable level of performance on a consistent basis.
