Kelayakan
- Able to commute to Cyberjaya & puchong
- Diploma/Advance Diploma
- At least 2-3yers experience in HR, add in advantage
- Good understanding of regulatory legislation
- Strong multi-tasker and able to cope in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communicator
- Able to handle stress and pressure
- Start work immediately
- Able to work independently
Tanggungjawab
- Manage HR operations, including but not limited to employee relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, learning and development, and compliance
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
- Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
- Oversee that all offboarding forms and documents for employees are collated and properly maintained in the personnel files.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Process onboarding of new joiners and offboarding of staff resignations.
- Maintain 100% accurate and up to date employee records in InfoTech and HR database related to onboarding and offboarding administration, transfers and employee data changes.
- Check and verify attendance using face Recognition system
- Use performance management tools to provide support, guidance and feedback to team
- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
- Provide advice to employees on HR-related enquiries.
- Attend to ad hoc and any relevant HR and operational matters
- Maintain HR systems and processes are kept in order
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
