Job Description:- - Recruit security officers to perform in traffic control, community care facilities, police trainers, valuable escort and transit - Understand the security agency and security provider industry - Assist the GM with appropriate employment contracts for contract for services, and contract of service in a challenging security employment market - Demostrate initiative and creativity to engage officers who ask for daily rates in the COVID environment - Aspire to grow with the company to a listed entity within 2 years as a HR Director to lead a HR team Requirement:- - Candidates must possess relevant training in security, advantage to have prior uniformed services employment or in HR environment - Possess tertiary education - At leasr 4 - 5 years of working experience in a related field will be an added advantage - Have good conceptualisation skills in recruitment, manpower sourcing will be an added advantage - Self-motivated, resourceful and able to meet deadline - Understands shift work culture and mindset of security officers and payroll cycle
