- Minimum possess SPM.
- Fresh graduate / No working experiences are required as intensive training will be provided. Nevertheless, experience in telesales/telemarketing will be added advantage
- Good team building and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and bottom line performance-driven personality.
- Good command of Malay/English and the ability to speak other languages / dialects will be an added advantage.
- Individual with high commitment, hardworking, able to work under pressure and pleasant personality.

- To ensure high standard of customer service.
- Telemarketing duties are performed accurately and on time.
- To create opportunities for new sales development.
