• Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources

• Process customer orders and returns
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
• Maintain customer accounts and records
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude and a passion for helping others
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficient in computer and internet usage
• Experience in a customer service role preferred but not required
• Experience in MLM Industry is an added advantage.
