Job Description
• Required language(s): Bahasa Melayu, English
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required Skill(s): Computer literate, Ms Office, Ms Word, Ms Excel, SQL Accounting, Initiative, Self-Motivated & Good Interpersonal Skills
• Able to work independently, fast learner, keen to learn and can multitask.
• Enhanced learning opportunities
• Working hours depends on nature of work
Key Responsibilities:
• To assist daily accounting & administration/ operation task, data entry, filling & documentation, receiving calls & etc.
• To assist in account transactions, account checking, verification & follow up.
• Liaise with suppliers in discrepancies in invoice.
• To maintain proper filling of accounting documents for record keeping.
• To support general admin and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments.
• To assist superior in all matters related to accounting and financing
• To perform any task deemed necessary by the management for the efficient running of the operation of the company
