Kelayakan
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field;
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a senior executive role;
- Prior experience reporting to Japanese stakeholders is an added advantage;
- Applicants with prior experience working in a local Japanese Manufacturing companies are encouraged to apply;
- Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin and spoken Japanese;
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills and able to work in a pressured environment;
- Willing and able to relocate to Japan to take up the role.
Tanggungjawab
- Reporting to the HR Manager, locally and in Japan;
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations, including recruiting new employees or processing termination paperwork, preparing compensation packages with company policies set out by law, and fostering healthy workplace practices throughout every department;
- Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
- Overseeing performance reviews and maintaining employee records.
- Tracking department budgets.
- Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Adaptable to the Japanese working culture.
