- Handle the full spectrum of human resource functions.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process from end-to-end
- Responsible for staff leaves administration, maintenance, and staff attendance.
- Monitoring staff confirmation and yearly performance appraisal process.
- Responsible for payroll process (Non-Management)
- Responsible for foreign workers' permit renewal.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Competency Requirements
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Proficient in Excel and possess good numerical and analytical skills.
- Meticulous, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a systematic manner.
- Ale to start on short notice
- Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
- Applicant willing to work in Balakong, Selangor
