Kelayakan
- At least 2 years working experience in related field
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
- Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
- Able to communicate with English and Bahasa Malaysia averagely
- Looking for a stable and permanent job
- Able to work odd hours (12pm-9pm)
Tanggungjawab
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying documents.
- Payroll, KWSP, Socso & HR support for operational staff.
- Assist Accountant in filing, report, payment receipt & bank-in and all required documents.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems for HQ
- Answer calls from branches regarding their inquiries/stock supply
- Assist Store Manager with Purchased Order (PO), Payment Invoices & Stock inventory
- Prepare and modify documents including reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
- Maintain store supplies (receipts, plastics, papers etc) for HQ including monthly utility bills.
