Diligently execute and will be responsible for preparation of food, and assisting Executive Chef.
- As below, whereby other ad-hoc duties may be assigned by Executive Chef
- Assist in creating and developing new dishes and recipes
- Knowledge and execution of recipes at all times
- Conducts training on all related food preparations, hygiene and maintenance of the kitchen
- Ensure that Mise en Place is prepared daily and accordingly
