Kelayakan
- Possess strong communication skills, including the ability to converse, read and write (type) effectively in the English and Mandarin.
- Candidate must possess at least, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed, we hire attitude over skills.
- Possessing a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- On-the-job experiential learning and mentorship provided.
- Outgoing and sociable individual with strong interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter who is able to work independently and under minimal supervision.

Tanggungjawab
- To initiate and implement productive Talent Acquisition strategies, in coordination with the hiring supervisor and HOD.
- To develop, execute and monitor recruitment plans.
- Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing through onboarding.
- Diligently and closely follow up with candidates throughout the entire hiring cycle.
- To develop analytic skills and ensure the goals and targets are on track.
- Under the direction of the HOB, accept the opportunity to lead various Talent Acquisition projects, including but not limited to the improvement of talent acquisition procedures, the upgrading of the Applicant Tracking System, the improvement of employer branding strategies and etc.
