Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor's degree and additionally, diploma or degree in HR management; minimum experience 8-10 years in independently managing HR activities Key responsibilities :
- Handling all aspects of payroll of about 200 employees
- Statutory compliance with all employee related matters
- Recruitment, issuing letters of appointment and onboarding
- Securing relevant passes for foreign employees
- Staff Medical insurance management
- Initiating and managing staff welfare measures
- Custodian of Staff manual and contents and periodic updates
- Attend satisfactorily to feedback and complaints from employees
- Coordinate with government agencies
