Tanggungjawab
Responsibilities :
- Updating master sales report to Managing Director.
- Approach and follow up new customer & new product inquiry.
- Provide service to existing customer.
a) Pricing quotation for both new project and current modification
cost.
b) Liaise with engineer for old tooling modify schedule and new
new tooling schedule.
c) Liaise with customer and internal member for delivery schedule.
Discuss
- Discuss for any customer feedback or complaints with all relevant dept.
- Handling customer feedback and complaint.
- Approach and follow up the purchase order from customers.
- Liaise with customer & follow up new model.
- Monitoring invoice and customer payment.
- "Reminder" to be issue, if Account Department fail to issue invoice within 3 workings day upon request.
- General filling and documentation.
- To perform customer satisfactions by yearly basis.
- To perform other assignment as required.
Requirement :
- Min in SPM / Diploma in related discipline.
- At least 3 years related working experience, preferably in Manufacturing industry.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Computer knowledge and Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Work diligently, carefully and responsibility.
- Able to communication well.
- Ability to work independently.
