Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess a minimal qualification of SPM
- At least 2 years working experience in the related field
- Strong initiative, committed with good team spirit
- Discipline, responsible, self motivated and willing to learn
Tanggungjawab
- Monitor and supervise overall operation and sales of the outlet.
- Ensure the quality standards are maintained during peak times of business in the restaurant.
- Correct revenue charging and appropriation for the restaurant the P.O.S. machine. This encompasses control of guest checks, voids, new item input and closing reports.
- Propose operation changes and improvements that will increase potential profit and decrease loss to the Food and Beverage Department.
- Be responsible to all food and beverage orders.
