Kelayakan
- Preferable Mandarin Speaker
- Candidates must at least have Chemical Engineering or related Chemical course with at least 30 credits hours with chemical subjects. Master and PHD preferred
- Candidates will require to have at least 1 year experience, in servicing analytical instruments or any related instruments.
- Fresh Graduate welcome to apply
- Training on servicing every Gerhardt Analytical system on the first 3 months of probation.
- 3 months on site training will be provided for candidates with at least 1 year experience.
- Candidates must familiar with Windows operating systems,
- Job will require to travel to Singapore and Brunei to service the customer of Gerhardt Malaysia. (all traveling allowance will be provided)
- Advance Traveling to Germany will be provided after one year working with Gerhardt Malaysia Sdn Bhd
Tanggungjawab
- Execute and complete training to customer professionally.
- Lead R&D on new method for specialized projects
- Represent company to present research papers
- Provide technical support to customers in the Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei
- Support customer technical questions & Solution both online and onsite
- Technical lead for innovation and Research projects
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers and potential customers
- Work with the commercial team to create unique value proposition for their products, including testing of products
- Propose new ideas and develop solutions to support market needs and provide differentiators
- Work closely with service team and sales team
