Job Scope:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at assigned branches;
2. Entrusting to fulfil the visions of the HQ and to enforce its regulations;
3. Train the staff concerning the organization’s policies, equipment and procedures;
4. To lead and train the assigned subsidiaries staff adapt to HQ’s cultures;
5. Review, compile and consolidate the regional reports and present to Top Management as required;
6. Able to maintain effective communication with department heads;
7. Meeting with department heads to determine their needs and interests in order to develop a tailored business strategy;
8. Perform other ad-hoc special projects as required from time to time under company's instructions.
