Tanggungjawab
• Able to liaise with customer to understand customer needs and determine quotation on time to meet customers’ needs.
• Responsible for the whole process of sales such as site visit, attend the tender interview, submit quotation and handling negotiation of quotation/contract and finally execution of the contract.
• Service existing customer and develop new customer.
• Troubleshooting technical problems on site.
• Work closely with internal operation teams for monitor job progress & liaise with client for report job progress.
• Tracking progress claim of the on-going project & follow up the Payment Certificate by Client/Consultant.
• Monitor payment and ensure collection on time.
• Attend the internal & external meeting of project.
• Maintain a good & proper record of quotation and related marketing documents.
• Perform ad-hoc or any other tasks assigned by Management/Superior.
