Kelayakan
- Min possess Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Able converse in Mandarin and English.
- Possess related working experience in accounting or financial management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in accounting software and tools.
- Basic knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for management.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll personnel.
- Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
- Manage cash flow and budgeting activities, including forecasting and variance analysis.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, secretary, banker and other government authorities.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to accounting and financial management.
