Kelayakan
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Salary negotiable base on experience.
- Prefer 3 years working experience in related field
- Possess Minimum Education Level Diploma and above.
- Must have own transport
- Ability to work independently and result oriented.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and out-going personality.
Tanggungjawab
- Have working knowledge of basic plant, equipment and materials
- Have a sound working knowledge of construction and contract law and various forms of Conditions of Contract
- Have knowledge of construction techniques on particular projects
- Be knowledgeable of construction techniques on particular projects
- Preparation of Cash flow forecasts
- Estimating and cost planning
- Assist with the preparation of estimates and cost plans
- Assist in the preparation of advice on contract procurement
- To coordinate subcontractor tender responses and provide full comparisons of all quotes
