Human Resource Manager

Job Description of an HR Manager · Provide primary administrative support for HR procedures & processes, including documentation and correspondence management · Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection activities through the onboarding stage · Assist in the development and updating of HR policies & procedures · Supporting the management of employee relations · Resolving questions and queries from the team as the first point of contact · Manage occupational health surveys and employee well-being programs. · Support & deliver training & development activities. · Active participation in leading and implementing HR projects. · Provide full administrative support to the team and back up reception as required · Maintain employee files in audit-ready condition. · Any other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned. Education & Experience:

• A HR degree, or business-related degree with HR qualification
• An in-depth working knowledge of employment legislation
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and employee relations skills
• High-level PC literacy and knowledge of HR systems operation.
• Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience
• Payroll knowledge an advantage
• Experience in organizing successful team events
• Promote an environment that encourages collaboration and employee engagement
• Self-starter, driven, and ability to work in a quick pace environment
