DCFX Prime Pte Ltd is a startup brokerage company regulated by MAS. We are looking for a Human Resource Lead that reports directly to CEO. This role is both a strategic and operationally hands on role where you will partner the CEO and country business leaders, and work with in-country HR teams in shaping the People agenda and delivering best-in-class HR solutions and services to enable sustained growth. This includes post acquisition integration and harmonization from a HR perspective, organizational development, culture building and driving best practices across HR operations, HR business partnering, performance and talent management, leadership development, succession planning and employee engagement to ensure strong talent attraction and retention. Responsibilities:
  • Act as HR business partner for our leaders and employees.
  • Be the process owner and manage the full HR lifecycle, including HR administration (on/offboarding, internal transfers), talent Acquisition/ management processes (annual performance cycle, development) and compensation cycle.
  • Implement HR processes and procedures with focus on digitalization and employee experience.
  • Responsible for talent acquisition and employer branding.
  • Collaborate with our external payroll partners and provide monthly payroll inputs.
  • To set up and implement and/or improvise HR system, procedures, policy and manpower management.
  • To liaise with external training provider on course application including training grant application and claims.
  • In-charged of MAS and MOM survey Form submission.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor / master's in business administration, psychology or related field. Further education in the field of HR is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as HR Manager/Business Partner or HR generalist role, with Strong Experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Having Financial Services/ Securities Industry knowledge will be a huge advantage.
  • Must have a start-up mindset.
  • Solid understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition processes.
  • Able to build a HR Function from ground (Transform a Traditional HR function to more forward-looking people-oriented HR function).
  • Understanding of Singapore HR policies, laws and regulations.
  • Independent, pro-active/entrepreneurial working style with a can-do attitude and willingness to be hands-on work with limited direction (Take the Initiative type).
  • Ability and willingness to drive the quality and value of HR through digitalization and employee experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual (english and chinese), as require to liaise with chinese-speaking counterparts.
