- Minimum education: SPM
- Preferably to one who can speak Mandarin, Cantonese
- Age 18 years and above
- Able to communicate fluently
- Customer service oriented and friendly disposition
- Possess initiative, proactive and able to multi-task
- Computer literate
Tanggungjawab
- Patient registration, medicine dispensary, payment, appointments & follow up
- Assist doctor in procedures
- Clinic administrative work
- Attend to patient’s enquiries and answering incoming calls
- Manage patients’ registrations and schedule patients’ appointments
- Simple account and billing matters
- Involve in cashiering, dispensing, stock taking and other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
