Operation Assistant

Responsibilities:

• To ensure a smooth process of rental operations.
• Assist customer with friendly manner.
• Plan, control, review and monitor vehicles movement for MKAZ Travel to ensure efficiency of vehicles ultilisation.
• Deliver rental vehicles to customers.
• Information on vehicles movement are record at accurate manner.
• Plan, control, review, monitor and resolve all operation related matters.
• Control, review and monitor vehicles related repairs and maintenance (cost,performance, etc) to ensure vehicles are maintain at standard require at the most economic manner.
• Control, guide, monitor and resolve issues face by the operation team to enable the team to achieve highest performance and productivity.
• To ensure all documentation relates to vehicles are intact and safe keep.
• To ensure all vehicles on the road are with valid permit, road tax, insurance.
• Ensure processes comply with the company SOP.
• Ad hock task whichever is required by the company.
