Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing at least a professional certificate, Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Graphic Design or equivalent.
- Expert knowledge: Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/After Effect/Premiere Pro or similar software.
- Knowledge in Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects & motion graphics will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge in brand guidelines and identity.
- High conceptual ability, partnered with strong design chops.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and be organized.
- Experience working across all media and technologies, specifically web and offline designing, social media communication ads, display advertising, email blast and motion interactive visuals.
- Understanding how ideas translate into different types of media and the difference between a good idea and tactics.
- Ability to convert complex information into comprehensible solutions / visuals/ good usage of colours.
- A strong desire to learn new programs and technologies.
- A proven record of technical skills and knowledge including Adobe CS Suite, digital publishing and MS Office Skills.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team, with a range of people.
- Good to have: 1-2 years of digital design experience. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- Experience in video shooting and editing added advantages
Tanggungjawab
- Possess a strong design flair and the ability to create "wow factor' designs to attract and engage the target audience.
- Design branding or marketing materials including event IDs, illustrations, graphics, infographics, typography, etc as per brand guidelines and requirements.
- Ensure branding consistency in design and production work across all communication platforms.
- Able to perform tasks individually or by working with cross-territory team members to ensure deadlines are met.
- Work and refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software to ensure high quality delivery.
- Creation of static & animated display advertisement banners.
- Design and edit visual elements such as banners, photographs, and various graphical artwork for digital and offline usage.
- Must be self-starter who can handle the design process and timeline efficiently to achieve quality results.
- Strengthen the current creative offering.
- Able to visualize data through charts, tables, maps and so on.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.
