Kelayakan
- Qualification from a culinary school.
- Having at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role.
- Knowledge of best practices for of food, health, and safety regulations.
- Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Tanggungjawab
Job Description:
- Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Company.
- Ensure production is in sufficient order to operate uninterruptedly.
- Estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure standards are met.
- Ensure the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times and comply with the standard and/or SOPs of the Company and to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards.
- Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
- Prepare, produce and present all menu items.
- Train subordinates continuously in order to upgrade quality and production professionally.
- Checks periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section.
