Tanggungjawab
- Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Assist the Operations / Restaurant Manager to plan the promotions, purchases and pricing for the Restaurant
- Manages to uphold and improve the service standards
- Communicate with customers and evaluate their needs
- Analyze customer behaviour and adjust product positioning
- Handle customer complaints on a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor and maintain store inventory
- Prepare schedule for the staffs according to the forecast and within the limits of the manning to ensure adequate manpower at all times under the guidance of the Operations / Restaurant Manager
- Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of all areas within the restaurant / outlet
- Make sure staffs adhere to company’s policies and guidelines
- Responsible for complying with all food, beverage, health and safety regulations
- Ensure correct handling of equipment to minimize breakages and losses
- Any other duties as assigned by your Superior from time to time
