- Able to start work on short notice.
- Required Languages: Mandarin ONLY
- Have no issue to based at Bangsar South, KL.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage and plan for Facebook ads.
- Develop best practices for online sales and customer services through online.
- Understanding the full product range, serve as a products specialist.
- Undertand client's needs and tailor products to meet client requirements.
- Follow up potential customers.
- Social Media planning and management (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and WeChat).
- Monitor the content of Facebook page to maximize audience traffic.
- Customer service-Reply and solve online customer's issues.
- Patiently answer customer question, provide quality, comfortable service and the lastest news.
- To develop new customer database via creative sales activities.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/management from time to time.
Manfaat
- Salary Package: Basic RM2,500 (Open for discussion) + EPF + SOCSO + Sales Commission
- Working Hour: Monday to Saturday (10am to 7pm)
