Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Leavel / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
- Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, SQL system
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Tanggungjawab
- Provide administrative support to sales teams.
- Actively respond to emails and phone calls on related sales enquiries.
- Assist sale team in preparing quotation, pro-forma invoice, invoice and delivery order.
- Work closely with sales team to ensure customer requirements are well coordinated.
- Attend customer enquiry related to products and maintain good customer service.
- Maintain a good appearance and attitude when communicating with customers.
- Liaise with storekeeper to monitor and update on product ex-stock.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
