Kelayakan
- Have min 2-3 years of working experience.
- Possess Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR or related field.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Tanggungjawab
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including HR, accounting, and after-sales customer service
- Support HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Manage basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, petty cash management, and liaising with outsourced accountants
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Manage and develop the operations team to ensure they are meeting performance standards
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all operational activities
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
