Kelayakan

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM level of education
  • Fresh graduates and junior executives are welcome.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Has knowledge in using SQL system and Adobe Illustrator is an added advantage.

Tanggungjawab

  • Respond and handle customers’ enquiries received by calls, messages (WhatsApp) and emails.
  • Order processing and daily data entry.
  • Assist customers with collection of goods.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors and customers.
  • Ensure that all documents are well sorted and organized daily.
  • Follow up with all pending deliveries.
  • Update customers and sales team on the daily delivery statuses of customer orders.
  • Handle and rectify all on site issues faced with customers.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
