Kelayakan
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field
- Have 3 - 5 years and above working experience in related field.
- Skills in managerial and Public Relation.
Tanggungjawab
- To assist Facility Manager in managing Hospital Support Services in Facility Engineering Maintenance Services
- To assist your superior in Minimizing Deduction/Penalty/ Critical Events, prevent any implementation of clauses in the Concession Agreement (CA) that can cause damages or losses to the Company by the Contract Hospital.
- Assisting your superior in planning, organizing, directing, implementing, controlling, managing and supervising vendors’ staff in carry out their day to day duties and responsibilities.
- Responsible for Asset Management and Variation order Submission.
- To assist your superior in managing and monitoring closely monthly Mapping, Deduction and hospital assets.
- Responsible to ensure that all the Hospital Support Services : Biomedical Engineering Maintenance Services (BEMS), Facility Engineering Maintenance Services (FEMS), Linen and Laundry Services (LLS), Clinical Waste Management Services (CWMS) and Cleansing Services (CLS) are according to the Concession Agreement, Technical Requirement and Key Performance Indicators, Master Agreed Procedures, Project Operation Guidelines (POG), Hospital Specific Implementation Plan (HSIP) and other statutory requirements introduced from time to time.
- To monitor the accuracy of the FEMS' Asset Management in the system.
- To provide periodical Operations Performance Reports and Analysis as required including proposals for improvement.
- Monitors performance of FEMS and ensuring the deduction and service performance of FEMS meets the set KPIs.
- As a Safety and Health Representative at your Service Centre, Internal Auditor and Second Party Auditor ( Supplier’s Audit) for the Company
- To lead, supervise and manage your technical team to achieve FEMS’s objectives and targets.
- Responsible to build good rapport with the customers and enhance Company’s image by providing high quality services to them from time to time.
- To adhere and observe all the government laws and regulation, IMS (ISO) Quality Assurance Program and Company’s rules and regulations.
- To ensure actions and decisions are always guided by the Company’s mission and key corporate values.
- Any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time.
