Kelayakan
- Candidate must presses at least Degree in Accounting/Finance/ Economics or professional qualification such ACCA, CIMA, PA, ICAEW etc.
- 5 to 10 years of working experience in related field.
- Strong leadership skill.
- Ability to multi-task & meet deadline.
- Candidate with experience in retail/ Online platform/ wholesale industry is highly preferred.
- Full-time position available.
- 5.5 days work (Saturday half day)
Tanggungjawab
- Be responsible for directing and managing the monthly close of books of the Company.
- Prepare annual master budget.
- Prepare all ad-hoc and fixed analysis report.
- Design, review and implement internal controls throughout the accounting process.
- Prepare tax computation and ensure timely filing with tax authorities to avoid penalties.
- Work and follow up issues with external auditors to ensure all audit queries are answered and ensure audit report are files with ROC within deadline.
- Liaise with internal auditor and provide necessary information and discuss on any issues arises.
- Liaise with company secretaries on resolutions, minutes and ensure timely filing with ROC.
- Tax planning for the company where applicable to save taxes for company.
- Review the accounting entries to ensure IT is in compliance with Malaysia accounting standards and law.
- Direct, plan and supervise the implementation of the new software system.
- Recruit, train and supervise the accounts and HR personnel.
- Review monthly bank reconciliation.
- Prepare and plan cash flow projections to ensure company’s funding’s are adequate.
- Review and check all payment vouchers.
- Review the cost sheets for incoming shipments and approved for entries to inventory systems.
- Review staff payroll, OT and commission computations and ensure proper deduction on income tax and social securities are remitted on timely manner to authorities.
- Liaise with insurance agent to get adequate insurance coverage for company’s risk.
- Review balance sheet items to monitor on accruals and prepayments schedule whether need reversal or additional provision and follow up on refundable deposits.
- Review product pricing before it is approval to enter to system.
- Plan and draw up procedure and process on stock take.
- Review and control on debtor’s credit limit in accordance with the agreed terms.
- Review and check on petty cash reimbursement.
- Review and approved all journal entries to the accounting system.
- Review and check on CNs and DNs to the Ads and Wholesale.
- Periodical review of the process flow if it needs improvement.
- Review and check to ensure all shipment documents are complete and file properly
