Kelayakan
- At least 4 years solid experience in digital marketing or similar field.
- Proven track record of growing a brand via social media, storytelling or through paid advertisement.
- Familiar with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and more.
- In-depth understanding of digital media platforms (such as Google / Meta / TikTok’s Ads Manager), analytics tools, and targeting methodologies.
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin language, both written and spoken.
- Data-driven thinking with strong analytical skills.
- High levels of autonomy, self-motivation and self-organisation.
- Have a good eye for visual content
Tanggungjawab
- Determine and define client's project scope and objectives.
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Run paid advertisements on multiple platforms depending on the client’s requirements
- Work with the client and the account manager to understand the client's business objectives and advertising strategy.
- Liaise with the Demand Generation team, clients and account manager to develop media/brand strategies and optimize clients’ account performance.
- Work on several projects at the same time, often for several different clients.
- Make decisions on the best form of media for specific clients and campaigns.
- Undertake research and analyze data using specialist industry resources.
- Manage client relationships to build respect and gain their trust in your judgment.
- Proofread advertisement content before release.
- Maintain detailed records.
