Kelayakan
- SPM qualification / Fresh graduates
- Proficient in English (Speak, Read, Type)
- Traditional Mandarin (Read, Type)
- Have no issue to work on 24 hours’ rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time)
- Have no issue to based at Petaling Jaya Office, Selangor
- Able to start working on 30 March 2023
Tanggungjawab
- Handle all inbound in regarding to customers’ general inquiries
- Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time
- Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI
Manfaat
- Monthly Salary: RM 3000 basic + Up to RM 400 KPI + Up to RM 300 Shift Allowance + OT (min RM 10 per hour)
