Tanggungjawab
- Hardware/software testing, debug and analysis & diagnostic problem.
- Provide documentation, training and support to customer.
- Identifies, investigates, and resolves user’s problems with computer software and hardware.
- support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from users with inquiries regarding software, connectivity, and similar concerns.
- Maintains knowledge of technology innovations and trends.
