Kelayakan
Job Requirement:
- Proficiency in content creation on TikTok and other social media platforms.
- Have 1-2 years' or more experience in producing own Reels / Stories / Videos.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Com, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relation, Journalism, Multimedia or a similar field.
- Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both speaking and writing.
- Comfortable in front of a camera (public speaking or hosting experience is a bonus).
- Must have experience in creating and editing videos, for personal or professional purposes.
- Must have a passion for creating creative and engaging content.
- Able to work in teams or individual.
- Update with the latest trend.
- Fun, energetic, creative, confident and presentable in presenting, with a positive and likeable attitude.
- Have good knowledge and interest in social media and agriculture products are added advantages.
- Strong communication and execution skills, excellent copywriting skills.
- Willing to work at Melaka (Main HQ)
Working hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am until 5.30pm
Saturday : (Week 1,3 & 5) 8.30am until 1.00pm & Saturday(week 2 & 4): OFF day
Salary: RM1,800 up to RM2,500

Job Description:
- Working closing with our marketing team to create the strategy for our Top Management to shoot short videos to build personal IP
- Like spend time to research for creative content / viral content for us to use
- Develop creative ways to enhance or improve the inhouse Tiktok account.
- Experienced on basic lighting, sound and shooting skills
- Able to communicate well
- Able to script the video / sketch
- Manage TikTok, IG, FB for our Top Management personnel together with few other crews
- Know how to make #fyp content to increase awareness for our short videos
- Love connecting with people
- Strong coordination skills
- Responsible and able to meet deadline without demand from management
- Auto pilot and able to keep high frequency of communication with Marketing team and also with Top Management
- One that spreads good vibes!
- Willing to self learn and share
- Interns are also welcomed if you're good in social media content especially short videos
