- Solve customer inquiry regarding : product, order status, tracking number, shipping movement.
- Provide good experience to the customer.
- Engaging with customer in social media, get a feedback from customer.
- Reply customers inquiry within specific time.
- Reponses on customer feedback and complaints.
- Responsible to any ad-hoc task or other duties as assigned.
