Kelayakan
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a retail service environment.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Education: School Certificate or equivalent.
- Knowledge of cash register systems. Basic computer skills, including: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook
- Preferably someone has interest towards house decor and fragrance, know how in displaying company's products
- Have no issue in taking care of 2 outlets (short distance)
- Strong knowledge with preparing budgets, and financial and expense reports.
- In-depth knowledge of product and consumer trends, and marketing strategies.
- Able to work on retail hours and public holidays.
Tanggungjawab
- Developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff
- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
Manfaat
- Basic Salary Up to RM2500 (subject to interview performance and experience) + Commission & Allowance (Average take home salary RM3000 - 3500++)
