Kelayakan
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Professional Accounting Qualification, or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Preferable MIA membership/ other qualification is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of budgets and cash flows and also treasury management functions.
- Knowledge of Malaysian tax law will be an added advantage.
- Ensure timely production of monthly accounts and reports.
- Good communication skills in English, Malaysia and Mandarin
- Knowledge in the computerized accounting system, preferably in SQL Accounting System.
- Planning for the overall improvement and efficiency of the department.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Keen attention to detail.
Tanggungjawab
- To assist the Director of Finance in overseeing the overall management of the Finance function of the company, including the Group Accounting Policy & Procedures, Management Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax Planning, Statutory Reporting, and Secretarial Matters.
- Manages and completes the month, quarter and year-end close and assures adherence to MFRS and completes reconciliations of balance sheet accounts ensuring the accuracy of the financial records
- Analyse financial information, forecast annual budget, and business industry economic conditions, for input to the management of the company
- To conduct due diligence for any business initiatives within the company when required.
- Plan and coordinate the activities related to the annual budget and monthly forecasting process
- Coordinates periodic financial reviews/audits with external audit and tax firms as required
- Review of agreements, letters and contracts.
