We are looking for an experience e-Commerce Specialist who love challenges and has strong strategic thinking skills. You will be working closely with the teams form business units, digital marketing and operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in technology and the market.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge in eCommerce or digital platform.
- Highly entrepreneurial and multitasking skills.
- Proven experience in both eCommerce sales and operations.
- Comprehensive understanding of e-Commerce and supply chain management.
- Knowledge of web analytics, SEO, and online marketing.
- Able to manage multiple platforms and tasks effectively.
- Positive working attitude.
Tanggungjawab
- Tracking and analysing key performance metrics to measure the success of online sales efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Analysing market trends and customer data to identify opportunities and inform strategy development.
- Working closely with sales teams and digital marketing teams, developing strategies and tactics to achieve sales KPIs and targets.
- Developing new ideas and approaches to drive sales and engage customers.
- Collaborating with product development and operation teams to ensure that all online sales efforts are coordinated and aligned with overall business strategy.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and new technologies that could impact the company’s brand and online sales efforts.
