Kelayakan
- Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply
- Candidate with working experience as receptionist will be an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills and a problem solver
- Applicants must be willing to work at Jalan Ampang, KL
- Must able to speak Mandarin, English and Malay.
Tanggungjawab
- Greet visitors and direct guest to meeting rooms
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
- Maintain reception area and all common areas clean and tidy
- Prepare meeting and training rooms
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including copy machine, printer etc
- Receive courier deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Performing ad hoc administrative duties as needed
